Dustin Pike Girlie Dragon Challenge - Take 2

I didn't really like the first card I made for this challenge, so I tried again. My inspiration is the amazing work done by Cindy and shown on her blog: http://royalthings.blogspot.com/ Again, it was fun using supplies I had, especially the water drops that I knew I needed but didn't know why. Hope you like this one better also.
